PromdressshopReviews of promdressshop.com

The dress arrived on time and had no damage at all! It was a huge surprise given my horrible experience the year before, thanks

After a poor experience at a local bridal shop, we decided to buy my daughter’s prom dress online. Based on the reviews, we went with this website and ordered the exact dress she had tried on in the shop. The dress was exactly what we ordered and got here within the time frame we selected. We even paid an additional $33 for three day delivery and still managed to save about $60 over the price at the bridal shop. The only problem we had is that the size 2 we purchased through Promdressshop.com was a bought 1/4-1/2 inch slimmer in the bodice. We had a heck of a time trying to get it zipped when we first got it so it was decided, based on our very short time frame, that she’d have to just try and lose a few lbs rather than dealing with having to send it back and wait for another, as we still needed to have it altered. With it now altered and a few lbs lighter, it fits perfectly. I would not hesitate to purchase through this website again, I’d only make sure to do it with plenty of time to spare in the case that we might have another sizing issue to allow for an exchange.

This would have been five stars as the dress is perfect but I paid for two day delivery and it was shipped on March 28th but it wasn't delivered until April 3rd! --almost one week later. I am requesting refund of the extra charge.

Great site and my dress looks exactly as I expected. Only minor issue was the date it was going to be shipped kept changing and was a little stressful, however, it still shipped by the day I requested. I would definitely recommend to friends!

Dress Came two days early. Correct style and size. NO ALTERATIONS!!!

Ordering my dress was easy and I got my package super quick. Was supposed to arrive on Friday but it came on Tuesday which was great! My only issue was I'm not in love with the dress, it looks just like the picture but I'm not sure how much I love it on me.

very fast service

All good. I didn't like paying to return the first size when I was purchasing a second dress in a different size. In today's world of online shopping. The return procedure should be easier. Example: UPS mailing label emailed to you.
