Dress arrived very quickly, it was beautiful- however it had two 1 1/2" holes down the back seam of the skirting, very disappointed

The dress was a good quality but I was unhappy with the return policy. Paying a 15% restocking fee in addition to shipping is ridiculous. I order things online all the time and never have seen that policy anywhere before. If I had realized the return policy before we ordered the dress we never would have placed the order.

Beautiful dress! Payed $400 for it, granted it was a clearance item, the dress should have been defect free for $400. We took it to the tailor a few days after receiving it in the mail, there was a quarter size hole in the tulle part of the dress (could only be camouflaged because of the material), at minimum, 15 of the beads had to be reinforced and a few sequence had fallen off right out of the bag. I paid for express shopping and it came in a timely fashion.

My daughter fell in love with the dress . We went with the measurements online and since she was close to 1 size we figured we would be safe and go up to the next size . Good thing we did because when we got the bigger size it bearly fits her so we were going to exchange it for the next size up and it's out of stock. I even called before I ordered to see if it ran small and i was told it ran true to size . My daughter is in a size 9/10 and I got her a size 14 dress and it's really snug ..

I rate this 3 out of 5 stars because my dress came in a little late. They didn't tell me until the day before my needed date that my dress wouldn't be in on time. Luckily my prom wasn't until 3 weeks after that. But they were easily contacted and got it sorted out, once I had a tracking number it came pretty quick. The dress was exactly like the picture and the material was perfect. I loved my dress

Like the dress, delivered very fast.The downside is that i paid 25$ for delivery when i placed my order and again UPS charged100$ more at the door! Will chose another company next time!!

The return process was pretty annoying.

Service was great and my dress arrived right away. The only complaint I have is the strange smell my dress arrived with.. it stinks and I can't get rid of the smell?
