I ordered a dress one evening from Prom Dress shop that I was told already ordered from manufacturer to be sent to their store. I called back the next morning to cancel order. I was told they would cancel it but I would be charged 15% of my $350.00 dress. Keep in mind Prom Dress Shop had done nothing at this point they had not even received the dress, or put it in their inventory. I spoke to the customer service manager Jill who was rude and uncooperative. She was clearly more concerned about making 15% of an order then doing what was right. At this point all she had to do was cancel my order as they had not even receive the dress from Sherri Hill. I explained to her I completely understand paying a 15% restocking fee if they mail me the dress and they actually have to restock the dress when I send it back. But I did not understand why they could not just cancel my dress since they had not even received it yet. I would NEVER buy a dress from this company. All they want is your money and provide terrible customer service. Buyer beware!

😡😡😡😡😡First we paid for 2 day shipping and received it in 4 days!!! Unexceptionable... the Dress was not as depicted on the website... went to send it back, there is a 15% restock fee an they only except returns via fed X or UPS. Oh but it has to be revised with in 5 days!!! Called customer services and the lady I spoke to was just plain out rude!

I was sent the wrong dress. I paid next day shipping. It was a dress we needed for homecoming court. We ended up getting a refund three days after I was told I would get one. Very disappointed.

The return policy is ridiculous .. the dress I ordered was way too big for my daughter . I received it on Wed her dance was a Friday and I sent an email on Thursday for return and said it was too late to return . She only wore the dress to try it on .. so now I am out $150 .. I will never order from there again.

Extremely bad service.

The 5 day return policy is INSANE!!! I found my daughters dress in her room and tried to return it past the due date. I was told it was final sale blah blah. They did not budge. The dress is brand new and never worn. They also claim they sent me an email about the same dress ordered in a different color. I never received the email saying it was not available OR obviously the dress. Stay away from this site. Returns will cost YOU and you are given a very small window to do it.

Beautiful dress and timely delivery, however the dress came witha stain, several holes in the sheer fabric in the back, a tear be the zipper, and some missing beading! When the dress arrived, we just hung it in the closet because we knew we'd have to take it in to have the length altered. We did that about a week and a half after receiving it and the seamstress pointed out all of the quality issues with the dress. So after paying $400 for the dress plus shipping, I then had to pay to have quality issues repaired. I contacted the company and explained I didn't want to return the dress, but felt they should offer me something for the inconvenience. The rep just kept repeating they couldn't do anything after 24 hours of delivery which is RIDICULOUS!! When you pay that much money for a product you're paying for quality and customer service. Prom Dress Shop is shockingly lacking in both. So disappointing!

I purchased a dress late February for my daughters senior prom, received it in April, and it was totally, drastically different from the picture they advertised. Her and I both were so disappointed because this was the only dress She loved and looked forward to wearing to my SENIOR PROM. She cried for like 3 hours. We immediately got in touch with them to inquiry about returning the dress and getting my money back, I was given the information and it has been almost 3 weeks and I have yet to get my refund...Beware of this site and their lack of honoring their word or product.
