We didn't have any problems with ordering or delivery. They just have a very strict return policy and longer shipping times. We were satisfied with our purchase.

I was happy with everything except, I wish they told you if the dresses we're in stock before you checked out, not after.. Twice I had to go back in and cancel the order, find another dress, place another order, and wait to see if that one was in stock. Dress is beautiful!

Stain on dress and seam ripping...was advised it came new from manufacturer but customer service assisted in resolving quickly with a credit for dry cleaning and repairs since there was no time to get a replacement due to alterations needed.

Beautiful dress difficult process
The dress and process to get it was very good but I was not able to have it shipped to the location where I needed it. I had to have the dress purchased by a relative to have it shipped to the location where it was needed. The dress was fantastic and delivered in perfect condition. I just wish you were like Amazon where I can purchase and ship to a different location.
