I went exactly by the measurements and instructions and the dress was still too small. I had to pay to ship the dress back then wait to be re-issued a code (which was quick) then purchase the dress again in a larger size. This time I have to pay to get overnight delivery which is still almost 2 weeks from now and pay $46 because they couldn't get the dress quick enough. I'm praying this dress fits my daughter, if not I've lost over $350 and she won't have a dress. I suggest buying in store where you can try it on.

I got an email sent to me that the dress I ordered was not in stock and that it had to come from off site. Because of this, I could not return it and that sale would be final. I agreed because my daughter really likes the dress. We received it. It fits perfectly but the hooks on the back are being held on by a thread. I need to now pay more money in order to fix a dress that should have been received ready to wear. I am very unhappy. I should be ablento return a dress for equal credit if I'm not satisfied no matterbifnit came from their site or not.

Dress is beautiful, but was mistagged. Tag on outside of dress said 10, while the tags inside the skirt said 8. Promdress.com gave a $50 credit to keep the dress and make it work since no other size 10 was available. Thinking the credit should’ve been more....about half the cost of the dress since it wasn’t going to be able to be sold again (mismatched sizes).

The dress was perfect however it was to arrive before the 10th and arrived on the 11th.

I wasn’t aware my purchase could only be returned for a ‘credit’. It never said the item was ‘on sale’, only showed a higher price above the price I paid after I completed my order. Had I known I could only get a ‘credit’ vs a refund, I never would have purchased this expensive item!

They charge a restocking fee plus you have to pay shipping fee when you return which is aprox. $12-$20 a dress. Be sure the size fits or you also will be out the shipping fee to and from their shop.

I was only willing to order online bc we knew exactly what we wanted. My daughter tried a size 2 on in the store. It zipped up fine but was a little snug. I said let's just order a size 4 then to be safe. The dress arrived promptly. Beautiful. BUT we couldn't even come close to zipping up the size 4. Now how could that be?!?! The size 2, exact dress, brand, everything zipped up just fine in the store. I questioned if knockoffs are being sold. I was told no. But this just didn't make any sense! So we were outta luck. $20 to mail the dress back & $47 restocking fee. Never again!
