I ordered a La Femme (21199) Dress on sale and it came in the wrong color - not shipped wrong, just advertised as blue and they sent me a purple dress that they claimed was the correct coloring. On top of this the material was terrible and the top of the dress was stained. I quickly returned. The only nice thing I can say is that they made my return process very easy.

Ordered my dress after I tried it on in a store (they didn't have the right color) and they couldn't get it for me in time so I ordered off here. It came and it was like two sizes too big... I have no idea what happened. Good quality, doesn't seem to be a knock off. Also u can't return for a smaller size without a 15% "restocking fee" which is absolutely ridiculous in my opinion. anyways I decided to just get the dress altered to fit me instead of returning and repaying again. Not the best place not the worse.

Very poor experience. Very unaware of your prices and have had too many surprises along the way, no help when called only a rude confused person. When we emailed we also had no help or anything, just a "sorry you had trouble".
