My daughter was looking forward to receiving her dress, and she was really disappointed when the dress arrived. The quality of the dress was not what we expected and it was too big.

My daughter was measured before we ordered and we got a size bigger then we needed because it was a corset back. But the fabric that hides your skin was to small it was about 3 inches to short on both sides. Ended up getting a different dress because wouldn't have time to ship it back and order a different one and it get here in time for prom. Not satisfied at all...

Horrible experience - won’t shop here again

Dress was $$$$ was not the same color and was not true to size. I had to pay 15% restocking fee and $24 shipping. I would not recommend this site to anyone. Very Disappointed! TS

The wrong color dress was delivered.

I purchased a dress that was special order. It came and it looked nothing like the picture. It was honestly not wearable. I called to ask for a refund and was rudely told no that it looked exactly like the picture. I have asked 10 different people and they all agreed it looks nothing like the picture. I am stuck with a dress that will never be worn. I am very disappointed in the service and the response I received.

We ordered our prom dress and it was too big, so sent it back to exchange for a smaller size because just to return charges restocking fee. So we ordered dress in smaller size and different color that was advertised as available. I ordered it over the phone to make sure we could get it. Then get an email that said they could not get the dress. At this point, I have no idea if I am going to be fully refunded. It is too late to order another dress for prom and probably wouldn't be able to depend that it would actually be in stock anyway-even if it says it is online and over the phone.

We received a beautiful red dress and my daughter tried the dress on and we started to notice red Sequence just falling off of the dress . I called the store and I was told that I would receive a call from the manager and I have yet to hear from anyone i was Very disappointed with this dress my mom paid 475 for the dress. I expected a better quality of dress for that amount of money
