The return policy is very sneaky and easy to overlook. Restocking fee absolutely sucks. Dress quality was okay, but I’ve definitely seen better for the price I’ve paid. Customer service was prompt but not very friendly.

Promdressshop.com found the dress we were looking for and got it to us so very quickly. The 3 stars isn't necessarily for the business but the dress itself they sold to us. One strap broke within 20 minutes of my daughter having it on. At this point they were well on their way to get pictures done and such and we had to rig it up for the night. I was sad for her that she had to worry about this the whole night. She went from loving her dress to hating it. Really put a damper on her Senior Prom night :( I will be writing an email to the dress company and suggesting promdressshop.com to avoid selling this line. $280 for a dress that fell apart immediately. NOPE!!

Dress was not as adveritsed. The sleeves did not drape to the back and front as advertised. I was very disappointed. I only didnt return because I needed it for a function 2 days later.

The measuring guide isn’t correct. We measured as guided and received the dress and it wasn’t even close. Ended up costing me around $80 to return it.

Very quick, but inflexible. 2nd time shopping here. Didn't get any response for several messages and some request, after once ordering. I wanted them to wait for shipping because the sent me that one of my oder was out of order.(especially their shipping is high quality and the fee is kinda more expensive than other shops, and which also takes UPS fee as well). When I knew the one is sold out from their only one contact, I responded right away and asked them to wait until I choose one another dress to order. I needed 2dresses.But they didn't answer and sent me one dress. If you need the dress on time, this is the best shop. Very quick and well warpped, and you'll get the dress which exactly is the one you've seen in the picture images. I will definitely make another purchase at this shop again, especially when I need it on time.

Beautiful dress. Service was not. Sent a message to advise of defects on the dress and never received any communication back. Very disappointing. To late to return/exchange

We followed the sizing instructions exactly but the dress is sadly about 2 sizes too big.

The dress was just like the picture and sizing was perfect, but I think that the return policy is a bit ridiculous. I understand why you might need a restocking fee, but I think that at least shipping should be paid for. I probably won’t buy from you guys again.
