The shoes I ordered are not true to the pictures or description. The shoes are described as silver sparkle mesh material with all over bead work. The photos show a cute shoe that appears silver with a sparkle. The shoes I received are covered in rainbow coloured stones that take away from the silver look and in the light make it so you can’t even appreciate the design of the shoe and they just look cheap. Also on the box there is a clear warning about the use of a cancer causing agent in the shoe, but no where in the she description is that indicated. The soles are very slippery and would not be good for dancing at all, and the heel seem is rough & pinches. These shoes are a huge disappointment and cost me $79 plus shipping and another $40+ in duty and they are non returnable. I will not purchase from here again.

i ordered a beautiful dress for my prom and i ordered a 4 because of the measurements online and when it came in i was shocked because of how big it was. it is like 3 sizes too big and thats odd to me. i called to see if i could ship it back and get a smaller size but apparently yall do not have any smaller sizes so i am out of $558 and without a prom dress

The sizing was completely off. The top of the dress broke.

I bought my dress here it was originally $500. The dress was like $340 or so on their website so i was stoked and bought it and when it came i discovered a rip in it and they wouldn't do anything about it when i emailed them. The price is good because the quality is bad. I guess you get what you pay for and I wish I bought the full price one instead of this one and having to not use it all together.

My dress was way too big so I tried to contact customer service to exchange it for a bigger size... WHAT A NIGHTMARE. I tried talking to 4 different people all of which told me different things. I will never order from them again.

The dress was way too big. And I went by the measurements on the sizing chart. I couldn't return the dress because it was on clearance. So I had to spend $375 to get it altered to fit correctly. Money down the drain. And time constraints prohibited me from buying another dress and having it shipped and then tailored if need be. Very disappointed in the whole experience.

Normally wear a 10 but ordered a 14 per the size chart. Dress was so small I couldn't even zip it. Tried to exchange for a larger size and was told my color wasn't available in ANY other size. So I sent it in for return and they still charged me the 15% restocking fee.

Cost 15% of my purchase to learn not to do business with them again. Very poor customer service and disappointed in the quality of the dress.
