According to the advertisement, you get free bracelets with payment for only shipping and handling. I thought it was reasonable and purchased 2 and agreed to pay $27. After a week and over 30 useless emails from this company, I get notified by my bank that they withdrew $149.95 without my authorization. Well little do they know, I am a federal employee and not only am I getting my money back but I will be putting in a complaint to the BBB. I encourage anyone who encountered this experience to file a formal fraud complaint with BBB in their district. Enough concerns will have the FBI investigate whether or not this company operates legitimately. They withdraw the $ with hopes that the customer doesn’t realize the money is gone and they easily make $150. Don’t be a victim. I will also shed light of this on IG, in hopes of preventing more victims. Bert wishes

So far I have not received any of my orders so I cannot review the products. They are on their way and are being tracked by the tracking numbers provided. I am very excited to receive my orders. However when placing my orders I mistakenly signed up for something I hadn't meant to. When I contacted the company Janice was very helpful. She quickly and politely corrected my mistake for me. I was impressed with how quickly I got a response. I had recieved an email asking for a review on the products. I responded that I had not received anything yet and that they were still in the mail. Janice went ahead and sent me very detailed tracking page for each of my orders. I feel like this company really does care about client satisfaction and feel that Janice went over and above.

I bought a free bracelet from this website and only paid for shipping (~2months ago)... Just recently I noticed they charged me $149 from my account... I don't know how many more times they have done it in the past, but this is really shady and I did not purchase anything/authorize that payment... I have just recently reached back to them about the issue, and I'll definitely update you guys on what happens and if they would answer me... UPDATE: So after 2emails back an forth, today I found that they have given me a refund... (Originally they said they can't give me a refund because the order was past its 2weeks "trial phase" where you get a refund...) And just to be fair, I vaguely might remember that when I was making a purchase, a tick box was already checked for a subscription or something, but I probably didn't check it and just went over it and made the purchase... But I don't remember exactly what happened... Even if that was the case, it is still a sneaky move and I did not conciously sign up or check for any charges like that (as far as I can remember).... And seeing all these people having the same complaint, makes me be more confident in my conclusion... All in all, after ~10days, they gave my money back... :) If you are making a purchase from this company, I suggest reading and checking everything because I think I vaguely remember that a check box was already ticked when I made the purchase and I didn't realize it and what it was and passed through it and that is where the charge came from... :)

I love this site!!! Whenever I have to correspond I always get a response fairly quick and are always kind. Always will see if it can be resolved quickly, if not, comes back with reasoning as to what happen. Will try to make it up to you someway or another. Again, I just am always pleased with my jewelry. They are of great quality and beautiful. The kindness this company has given me is beyond exceptional. I take every opportunity to let people know where I received my jewelry from and and how affordable it is. It has also made great gifts even for men!! My son-in-law loves the bracelet I got him for Xmas. It is to protect him n his family. He was so happy when he opened it. It was like I was giving a gift to a child. 💜💜💜💜 Thank you very much!!

I was so impressed with my watermelon tourmaline necklace when it arrived! It is so beautiful and raw which is another aspect I love, uncut raw beauty. It is even bigger than I had expected! The chain is also beautiful and the whole necklace is high quality. Thank you so much!
