I recently received an order that had been tampered with, thus missing one of my items. Support was very helpful and prompt in checking with shipping to ensure they put both items in my package. Even tho the missing item wasn’t their fault, they still offered me a discount on a future purchase. I felt listened to and treated with respect the entire time.

Never got the bracelet. They refer to the usps as having delivered. I cannot get them to understand they delivered to wrong address. I would love to have the opportunity to tell everyone it was a great experience but it was not. No resolution to this problem. $80 gone and no merchandise either. Have a lovely day. Update: I continue to be told to contact support and they simply resend the mail confirmation that the package was delivered. I never said it was not delivered. I said it was not delivered to me!

I have been a loyal customer for at least a year now and I love the products. I get compliments all the time on my bracelets and necklaces but I also use them in meditation. They also send free guided meditations that I use. I've only once had an issue and it was with the delay of shipping on a product but they were so kind and assured me I'd receive my purchase and tracked it for me until I did. I will continue to be a loyal customer and spread the word of their wonderful products!
