I made an order for a fabulous Salt lamp in a pyramid shape and while doing that somehow accidently ordered another product. I didn't know I had until check out! I immediately called the number provided and my call was answered right away. A very kind woman answered and listened patiently while I explained what I thought happened. I asked her to cancel the second order made in error and she kindly did. The next morning my funds were back in my bank account! I appreciated the woman's understanding and attention to the issue so much. I also recommend making purchases from Project Yourself because their products are lovely, well made and the employees are great at customer service! I am a repeat buyer and love every piece I have purchased! Thank you so much, Project Yourself! Shelly C.

Quality products & Exceptional service. In an era of having no time, everything done at breakneck/ internet speed; it's difficult to find Organizations that really take the time to invest in, listen to, and further re-invest in their clients. I made an error in the membership process simultaneously as my entire life was frozen in crises. Jhaelle was patient, helpful, understanding, extremely considerate and worked with me to find an appropriate solution. Items I've purchased are of excellent quality & have become my favorite pieces. What this experience has done is ensure I will always keep their Org. in mind for future partnership in my spiritual practices & growth. I am grateful to have discovered them and appreciate the work they do to keep the light anchored in this reality.
