I recently purchased the semi precious stone pendant set. Well one of the crystals was chipped. I notified Maybelle in customer service and she forwarded my complaint. I was ecstatic to receive my replacement stone through the mail. Deep Origins has great customer service and they stand behind their products. You rarely seen such a great company like this one. I will be a customer for life.
