Slow Processing Time.
In the age of quick ecommerce fulfillment and Amazon. 3 days to process an order is an eternity. Order still has yet to ship. Order confirmation emails recieved a day after order submission. With all of the options to shop online, turn around time should be much quicker. Thanks.

Decided to tell me after the order that there is a 10 day lead, which I am guessing means you drop ship and do not store anything in house. So I cancelled, have to wait for the refund, then find another place to buy one from.

Ordered the screen that we wanted only to find out is discontinued. Why is it still on your website?

Amy: I'm very sorry this happened, but this just recently went end of life. I did a quick search online, and all of my major competitors still have this on their sites as well. This happens for a great number of reasons, but mainly it's due to the part going EOL between pricing updates from the manufacturer.
