Slow Processing Time.
In the age of quick ecommerce fulfillment and Amazon. 3 days to process an order is an eternity. Order still has yet to ship. Order confirmation emails recieved a day after order submission. With all of the options to shop online, turn around time should be much quicker. Thanks.

We did not buy anything from the Projector Super Store. Why did we receive this email????

William: Sorry if this was confusing or sent out-of-the-blue. You did indeed purchase from us, a Sharp projector lamp back in 2010. When we signed up with Trustpilot for reviews, they/we reached out to our existing client base, which included you from 8yrs ago. Inaccurate website offerings.
Items labeled ‘in stock’ and available for purchase were not actually in stock, but backordered for several weeks. Getting updates was difficult, and eventually had to work with the wholesaler to straighten out my order. Had to bypass Projector Superstore to get accurate information and communication.
