I got the package I paid for, but unfortunately it wasn't what I expected

It was easy to find the projectors I needed and the pricing was good and transparent. Items arrived quickly. Took off 1 star since the pricing wasn't as good as a competitor, and because an obsolete model I wanted originally was listed on the site only to find out after ordering it was not available.

It was an easy purchase.

I purchased a product that was advertised on their site. I only found out a day after the purchase that they had no stock of the item. They quickly refunded me, and offered to match the price with another (superior) model for my trouble. I opted out of that purchase however was very happy with the customer service. 4 stars because they should be keeping their site up to date with their current stock situation.

Have not received the product yet. Can only go by the easy way to order.

We've had great service and the prices are very competitive.
