Got my order in a reasonable amount of time, quality was excellent, absolutely no complaints.

The order is experience is amazing, very trustworthy brand. The shipping does take a while though, at least to Europe.

Great designs and excellent comfort in clothing quality

The Quality of Project Orochi's products are very impressive. I first learnt about Project Orochi from Youtube and was interested in their Japanese Streetwear designs as well as their gaming designs. I have ordered from their store 3 times and have tested out their T-shirts, hoodies and sweatpants which i'm please to say are very comfortable and haven't noticed any shrinkage, only a slight fade on some of the patterns. I am from the UK so I expect long delivery times from the US however, their customer service have always been up to date in informing me if there are delays to my order however, when they do arrive I'm always blown away by their products. I definitely recommend Project Orochi if you are into Japanese designs, Streetwear fashion in General or if you are into the Souls/For Honour or Apex Games. They are definitely worth the wait and I look forward to any new products that they will release in the future.

I love this brand, their unique and their styles are amazing. But their shipping is terrible. I had ordered a bulk order of about 5 items, and only half showed up in around 3 weeks. Then it took almost 3 months for my shorts to show up. The quality of their products is very good, but I've had shrinking issues when I put them in the wash, so I would make sure to order up a size. In conclusion it's a good brand, but the shipping and shrinking of their products makes it an okay business.

The worst shipping experience. There was no update as to the whereabouts of my shipment and then one day it just shows after 2 weeks. The worst was 11 days after it arrived I get an email saying my order has been processed and will be shipped soon. I thought they were going to resend another order and charge me for it. Customer service is no better, you send them an email and they respond after a week.

The time from purchase to shipping to receiving the items is subpar. I've only ordered twice and each time there has been massive delays. I don't understand how standard screen printed clothing takes so long. If you can't keep up with the demand, find a new printer and shipper, or give it up.
