I thought this was going to be a cool company to order my boyfriends hoodie on for a gift and it was sponsored by a YouTuber he liked but honestly I’ve never had so much trouble and unanswered questions from any site before. I placed the order over a month ago of writing the review, downloaded the “shop” app to track it (not that there’s anything to be tracked) and it’s not even shipped, the only thing I got from them was a routine “we are experiencing delays” which according to the reviews wasn’t just for the holidays because it seems like everyone gets them. I wish I read the reviews first I was just so excited to get a hoodie I thought looked cool for a gift but I think it’s just some scam because they won’t even respond to any message I’ve sent even thought they’re weeks apart. This hoodie was way to expensive to not arrive and their “expected shipping” tab in FAQ is a complete waste of time to look at. Also I hate that there’s no way to cancel an order before it’s even shipped, you have to wait for the package to arrive and then return it, and that’s assuming you ever actually get a package, so you never know because they have no obligation to reply to any questions or ship your items, which means no item? No refund. Uhg

COMPLETE SCAM!!!! Order placed 3 weeks ago. Charged immediately. 3 emails sent to customer service email with no response. They have no problem taking your money and providing NOTHING in return.

I see people stating that Project Orochi is a scam, and it honestly makes me sad. I order from them a few months ago off an Instagram advertisement and was understandably skeptical. When I received the shirt (I bought the black Sakura Blossom tee in a Medium) it was perfect. It was a bit tight (I liked it but you might want to order a size up), and the graphics were really well made. Most printed shirts I have start flaking and falling l apart after a couple times in the wash, this is not the case with my shirt. It continues to be one of my favorite shirts I have. I just ordered from them again, and I'm excited to see the shirts come in!

Do not order from Project Orochi they will not give you shipping info. Will not respond to emails sent 4 already. Ordered on Dec 8th 2022 took my money and have not shipped. I guess I lost $100.

Updated 1/12/2023 The order finally arrived 6 weeks later. The shirts are nice, that's why I raised the stars, doesn't change the fact that the experience was poor, unfortunately. I felt the need to join in with the rest of us (I apparently am not alone in this) that placed an order in the last month and were scammed. the orders have never shipped, and worse, there has been zero communication from the seller. It seemed like a legit business, and it is frustrating at my age to accept that I got scammed, I am just glad that I ordered less than what I initially thought. Do not buy from these guys.

If there was a zero star, I would have chosen it without hesitation. Absolutely horrible costumer service. I placed my order on Nov. 2, 2022, and my order was never shipped till 5 weeks later. I got my package today Dec. 21, 2022, but IT WAS THE WRONG ORDER; they had shipped someone else's order to me! I had try to contact them before by email for my order status, they would email me a week later, so I don't know when they are going to email me back again this time to fix this issue. At this moment, I have lost all hope of getting my order. I don't even care anymore. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I wish I has read these reviews before I placed an order with these criminals. Never shipped. Responded to one email saying, "...unfortunately experiencing a few delays at the moment as a result of an increase in demand so it may take longer to receive your order than normal...". Never another word, never another response to multiple inquiries, never tracking info. Do NOT order from these crooks.

Ordered this just after Thanksgiving. Still hasn’t arrived! WTH?
