Couldn’t find my address so just gave up

Great designs and great material with quick shipping. Love the clothes and hope to see more creative designs. Another jacket would be cool to see as well.

Order on 8/6/24 and received on the 9/5/24. One of the tees, which was the GITS tee, had a misprint on the brand logo on the front. Reached out through Instagram and asked if I could resend the tee. They asked for my order number. After I gave the order number, I got a response the next day but they gave totally different answers to what I was asking and they had said my order was delivered? I told them my problem was the tee has misprint but they didn't seem to understand. After that, they had just ghosted me (read my message but didn't respond)! This was my 3rd time ordering from this company and also will be my last time! Very unprofessional customer service once issues arise!!

Designs are creative. Quality of the clothes is Perfect as well. It takes a Bit longer to ship then other companies (but I also live in Germany…) but its worth it. I had to message the support twice now (1 missing item and 1 wrong size send) and they answered quickly Both times and gave a Great solution Great brand Will buy again with the new season :)

Been 16 days since purchase. Hasn't even left their warehouse yet!! Customer support ghosted me!

I don't know what to tell you, I ordered a shirt half a month ago, and they have yet to ship it. And after sending them about 4 emails, I have not gotten a reply about it. I'm currently looking into a refund.
