It took alittle longer to get my Balance Bike, but it was worth the wait. I highly recommend this company.

Das Material des gelieferten Produktes entspricht nicht der Montessori Philosophie (nachhaltig, natürlich...), obwohl dies auf den Internetseiten angegeben wird. Eine Rückgabe war bisher nicht möglich, wir erhielten lediglich eine Mail mit einer dummen Antwort. Ferner erhalten wir laufend Spam-SMS mit vermeintlichen Rabatten, die zu einem weiteren Kauf locken sollen. Die Rabatte werden nie realisiert.

If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. They ARE NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE DELIVERIES in the time that they state, this is a deliberate lie. You try to track your order, only to find that it will not arrive for another two months from China. I will be lodging a complaint to consumer affairs for their false advertising, and deliberately misleading customers.

I recently ordered. I am very very disappointed because they Specifically advertise on the top of the website “Ships from USA”. Well, I just went into my tracking they sent to me and it is in China (being shipped from China). Completely blatant deceitfullness! We are very specific about product material when it comes to the kids, I cannot even trust what the company says about the product for obvious reasons. Very very disappointed in the deception and misrepresentation of the company. I wish I had landed on trust pilot prior to purchasing.

Ich wollte eine Bestellung aufgeben und hatte kaum meine Daten eingegeben, ohne die Bestellung abzuschießen, schon kam eine SMS (!) mit dubiosen Rabatten an. Das fand ich verdächtig und habe mich gegen die Bestellung entschieden. Seitdem bekomme ich TÄGLICH eine SMS und zusätzlich noch Emails, ich soll doch meine Bestellung abschließen oder einen Rabatt nutzen. Sehr sehr unseriös!!

I ordered a birthday gift for a friend’s child with 6-14 day shipping on March 15. It is now April 5, well past the child’s birthday, and I am still waiting. There is also a “shipped from US” banner at the top of their website which is a lie, as the package is coming from China. Definitely will not be ordering from Project Montessori again.

I placed an order on March 16. I am not receiving tracking..I emailed Customer Service. They responded that my order was with the local delivery company and I should be receiving soon. I have not received, or been updated since. Not happy. I messaged the Company. They did respond 2 days later that they would look into the delivery. It arrived today! So, even though I could not get it mailed in time for Easter, it did actually arrive. All is well! Thank you, to Customer Service for whatever help they were!
