Has not arrived. Order was placed 10 days ago. Still sitting in customs in US from China. It did not tell me it was coming from China.
Response from ProjectmontessoriAug 14, 2025

Linda
Pkg arrived damaged. Merchandize arrived damaged. Very disappointed. Very suspicious. Damaged potty ladder was in a damaged box which was put in a plastic mailing bag. Very unusual. Ladder had many scratches Was mailed by someone named Amy. The whole experience was unprofessional. I have ordered from Montessori before, but will not again.
Response from ProjectmontessoriAug 7, 2025
Hi Linda, We’re sorry to hear you feel this way. When you first contacted us about the damage, Amy personally reached out, apologized, and offered to send you a brand-new replacement free of charge. We never received a reply to arrange this for you. We always stand by our products and our service, and we’re committed to resolving any issue when given the opportunity. Our offer for a replacement still stands if you’d like to get in touch with us. Kind regards, Project Montessori

Elisabeth P.
Not only did it take a while to get here but the page with snaps has some snaps that have come off the strap. It stayed snapped and came off the material! Also, why didn’t y’all stitch the Velcro on the puzzle pieces and shapes? You’re talking a 3 yo that will pull off sticky Velcro.
Response from ProjectmontessoriAug 7, 2025
Hi Elisabeth, I’m so sorry you had this experience — both the wait and the issues with the snaps and Velcro sound frustrating, especially for a product meant for little ones. We’d really like to make it right for you. If you could please reach out to us at [email protected] with your order number, we can look into this straight away and work on a solution. Kind regards, Project Montessori
