Non existent customer service
Placed on order on 8th December which was confirmed but I have still not received my order or even had any confirmation that it has been shipped. Have sent four emails to the company during this time to chase where the order is up to but they haven't even had the decency to respond to any of these. Horrific customer service so I would urge anyone to avoid them. Edit: To emphasise the poor customer service, the response to my emails only took place after I published this review. Says all you need to know.

Ordered 8 December Still not despatched.
Ordered 8 December. Tracking shows still not despatched. Customer services auto response only and no other way of contacting. Not impressed!

It took a while for a response
It took a while for a response, but I finally got a great response from the team. Unfortunately the gift won’t make it for Christmas—-but it will get there in January. Wish I had known earlier, but it is ok. Found out before I arrived at our grandchildren’s home.

The product I bought for my granddaughter
The product I bought for my granddaughter was well received by her and she started enjoying it immediately. From the product’s perspective I probably would have given you a 4 or 5. My reason for dropping my rating is related to a follow-up issue. There were some broken pieces in the box, a couple of dominoes and the palm tree. I immediately sent in a notice of this in the link you have for missing, broken or damaged parts. I have gotten no acknowledgment of your receipt of that note nor what will be done to rectify the matter.

Start raising your genius today
I am so excited and pleased with the excellent quality and craftsmanship of their products. More so the advantages my grandchildren will obtain by using the Montessori products makes it all the more worth spending a little extra. It's the best investment you'll make when your child/children are reading in their 3rd and 4th year of life.

Amending: the company refunded me 50%. Thank you! Disappointed. Still waiting for delivery for Christmas
Ordered 2 toys for my 4 year old and 2 year old grandsons on 12/4/25. I received one of the items. Item #2 was shipped 12/14 (from China). I still have not received it. I am worried it won’t be here for Christmas. I had no expectations there would be an issue with delivery before Christmas. I am very disappointed.
