PMA provides a great learning environment. I needed a structured setting to get me through all of the knowledge areas. The boot camp provided that and also provides excellent study material in their website for a year after the class. I spent some time with the online videos and took advantage of the practice questions. All of this, supplemented by Rita's book helped me pass the PMP exam.

I passed on the first try. They were great. Joe's an awesome teacher and really knows his stuff. He takes the time to make sure you get it. You won't be 100% ready after the class, but between the course and all the post-class materials and support you get from PMA you can do it.

Extensive curriculum at a fluent pace. It will teach you the needed strategies to pass the PMP exam.

The bootcamp was well organized and extremely helpful. My instructor was Joe Drammissi and he applied real life experience to the curriculum which helped me obtain the information. I've already suggested the course to my coworkers and I will continue to do so.

I wanted one thing out of my PMP training: to pass the test. I spent four days with Project Management Academy in Bellevue, WA (Gregg was the instructor), then followed his directions for completing my individual studies. Nine days later I passed the PMP exam on my first attempt. Undoubtedly, this course had a lot to do with making sense of the PMP exam, and I recommend it to anyone looking to pass on a first attempt.

12/31/2014 I took this course in Austin from the Project Management Academy, with Jackie Ockleberry as my instructor. I took the boot camp in November and passed on my first attempt in December. The materials were professional, concise, and helpful in my preparation. Materials were provided in both electronic and hard copy form at the boot camp. I referenced both of them regularly in my test preparation. The variety of materials was also beneficial in that they addressed all type of learning preferences. Jackie was one of the best instructors I've had in my academic and professional career. Project Management can be a dry subject, but she provided real world examples that we could all relate to in learning the PMI terms and processes. She provided useful tips and tricks to focus the class on the most important items in preparing for the exam. In talking with my coworkers who took IIL classes in the past, and browsing through their materials, I was lucky that I was able to participate in the Project Management Academy training.

The classroom experience and the supporting webinars, practice exams, study preparation guide were comprehensive and pivotal in my success in getting my PMP Certification. Every conceivable tool to assist in the learning and exam preparation class was available. I highly recommend the Project Management Academy!

I had very little project management experience coming into the PMP boot camp, and, within a month, passed my PMP exam! The hard copy and online study materials provided by Project Management Academy were excellent and definitely helped focus my self-study. They offered more study resources than I had time to fully use, and I can attest that their recommended minimum study requirements to pass the exam do hold water. The week-long classroom boot-camp was also very helpful. The class was small, the instructor was knowledgeable and engaging, and I walked out feeling like I knew a whole lot more and that I had a chance at passing. Thank you!
