I'm sorry to hear you've had a negative experience. Without knowing your username, it's challenging to look into your specific issue, but we currently only have one open ticket regarding a payout issue, to which a reply was sent within about 8 hours of receiving the support request and is being resolved currently. Support requests typically receive an initial response within 24 hours, and all other payout requests have been resolved by customer support. Have you been using a CPU, GPU, HDD/SSD, or ASIC to mine with PROHASHING mining pool? There is a different app on Google Play with a similar name with which we are in no way affiliated.

Excellent mining platform I recommend it for the ease of configuration, and the possibility of receiving any coin of your choice, very intuitive, and has a really effective customer support, they solve the problem quickly and professionally I really recommend this mine

Great service, Great Company
Great service, never had any issues with them and the staff seem very friendly based on what I read in Discord. They provide something most companies do not & I love the fact that you can mine multiple algos and set % values for what you want to earn.

Awful customer support
Customer support is awful on their website as well as in their Discord server. Submitting tickets and they don't reply, always coins payout in error....bad experience

We're sorry to hear you've had a negative experience. While Discord is a community support forum rather than an official support channel, we are analyzing our official customer support and discussing what we need to do to improve to make sure no one is walking away feeling unheard moving forward. Part of the issue this month has been issues with our support platform itself, which have since been corrected, but we are also looking at ways to improve our response time overall. Payout coin errors are mainly due to locked wallets and other exchange errors that we have no control over. Since those issues are caused by a third party, unfortunately, there's not much we can do to improve those situations. We do hope you'll give us another chance.

Absolutely horrible
Absolutely horrible. They always have issues with payouts and have been going thru some issues with coinbase. You wont get payment for found blocks and there tech support has no clue and limited skills. Definitely have a back up pool company

Any specific payout issues can be reported using the support button in the footer of our website. For the issues specific to Coinbase, the feedback would be more appropriate being directed to Coinbase itself, as those issues were not caused by PROHASHING. I would like to point out that our public forums such as Facebook and Twitter are not official support channels, so if you're having issues that require either tech support or support related to your account, submitting a ticket is the best way to receive comprehensive support directly from PROHASHING staff on these matters. This is especially important with payout issues, as we are not allowed to discuss private account information in public forum for your security.

Very disappointed with the repeated…
Very disappointed with the repeated website down. Rubbish pool that requires submission of form to declare non-US residents. 99% of mining pool does not require submission of form. IP address tell which country we are from. It makese feel more insecure by using 2FA (optional). This tell me very fishy about this mining pool. Furthermore, knowingly coinbase is in trouble， why still use coinbase? The management team of this pool is very poor in knowledge or useless staffs working there. Worse graphic on mining income chart I have ever seen. Using all kind of reds. No brainer on demonstrating chart. 3 year old chart.

We're sorry to hear your experience with PROHASHING has been a negative one. The recent website outages have been in the course of maintenance and upgrades. We are currently working on brotli compression and a 15% reduction in size and caching of the static resources, which will make the site run more quickly for our customers. W-8 BEN forms for non-US customers are a legal requirement that, unfortunately, we cannot make any exceptions for. This information is listed in our terms, which are agreed to upon registration to the pool. Once submitted to PROHASHING, the form is simply stored offline in the case an audit were to be conducted of PROHASHING, and would be used to prove that the customer stated he is not a US customer. The form is not submitted to anyone otherwise, and no government agency has ever requested these forms since they were mandated in 2017. 2FA is a common security recommendation for online accounts, not one specific to our pool, and we recommend it to keep you and your crypto safe from people who might attempt to hack our account and steal from you. Exchanges recommend this type of security feature as well. We are working to move as many features as possible away from Coinbase at this time; however, some features offered by Coinbase, such as the direct-to-Coinbase payouts, are not yet available at other exchanges that accept US customers. I am unclear on what you're referencing when you say "3 year old chart". If you would clarify your concern with our charts in a support ticket to [email protected], we'll gladly look into this issue and see what we can do to correct it.

Prohashing is my go to.
Best pool to join, the payout options are top notch. Staff notifies the community whenever an issue arises, be it website updates, or coinbase payout issues (not prohashings fault) and respond promptly to any questions or concerns. Definitely recommend regardless of your hashrate.
