Hello! We're glad to hear you're happy overall with our pool. Thanks for mining with us! I do see support tickets on this issue from you and your associate, I believe, but I see that we are waiting on a Prohashing username so we can look up the account information. If you or your associate could send that information over in the email thread of the open tickets, Paula will be happy to finish looking into this issue with you. Happy Holidays!

Thank you for your honest feedback! We're happy to be able to offer you the real time progress monitoring and variety of both mining and payout coins that you're looking for. We're sorry to hear that the setup and payout frequency are drawbacks for you. Are there any further guides or videos we could create that you feel might help ease the setup process? If so, please let us know at [email protected], and we'll look into getting these created. With Nicehash, while BTC and EUR have free payout options, all of the other coins are subject to withdrawal fees of varying size. Our payout times are a little longer because we take steps to keep transaction fees as low as possible and maximize your profits. For example, the 24 hour payout period allows us to batch the payouts to keep them free. Waiting until you hit the free threshold on a given coin helps to avoid transaction fees that you would incur by taking a smaller payment more frequently. For the coins that are available for free payouts through Coinbase, the payouts do go out once a day without having to wait to hit a higher threshold because doing so does not incur the same fees as on-chain transactions would. We do understand that waiting isn't always ideal, but we want you to get the most out of your coins.
