Initial communications were good but...
Initial communications were good (inquired about in stock status on item I wanted), I paid for overnight shipping that was sent out 3 days later (not cool). I wanted to exchange up and was sent a return label without issue. Then I waited a few weeks for the item to be in stock (this is where the communications started to falter) after receiving product with late or little responses (no idea that it was shipped overnight which was awesome), I never received certificate of authenticity or receipt with the gram weight specifics in the package like I did with the original purchase. Over 3 months of emails sent on my end requesting the information. Last email from them was 1 month later telling me to "rest assured" it would be emailed and/or sent out. I finally gave up with emails or any expectation of receiving anything. After reading all the great reviews which is why I ordered from them, I had to share my not so spectacular experience. I guess this is why the YouTube videos comments are turned off. Update: I’d like to start off by saying thank you for your personal response. I didn’t want an apology, I just wanted the receipt and COA. I finally received the COA a few days after this review was posted, still no receipt with the gram weight. I didn’t want anything else. Thank you for the gift, it was a very nice gesture. Your products are amazing and there is no dispute there.

Hello and thank you very much for your feedback about your experience. I cannot apologize enough for the communication issues that you experienced with our company, as well as the delays and mixup about the certificate of authenticity. Although I can tell you that the certificate has been sent to, I do know that it is later than expected and it does not make up for the issues in communication. Please accept our sincerest apologies about the inconvenience that we caused you. As a more concrete gesture of our apologies, we did send a gift with the certificate, although it doesn't make up for our mistakes. We are implementing new training and procedures to ensure that these issues don't happen again. Is there anything else we can do to earn an improved review from you?
