I was disappointed that the web site was not clearer as to the medallion I purchased did not include the chain. From what I have seen I am not the only purchaser with this opinion.

Five stars for the quality and detail, 2 stars for the high premium and for how small the item was.

I received a damaged, flimsy box that was vandalized and the product stolen. I immediately reported this incident to customer service. I have sent pictures of the damaged box and a claim was placed. It’s been 5 days since the claim was placed and I have not received any notice or updates on a replacement. Meanwhile , the company has had my $$ for over two weeks. Each time I talk with a rep, I’m told the company will make this good but they will not share when it will be resolved. I did eventually receive the product which is a quality piece of jewelry. The owner left me a voicemail apologizing for the delay and challenges which was very classy. I upgraded my rating to 3 stars. I just highly recommend to the company to improve the packaging which will help prevent their quality jewelry products from being stolen. Thanks Nick and Barb for making this right! The Celtic Cross is awesome!

Initial communications were good (inquired about in stock status on item I wanted), I paid for overnight shipping that was sent out 3 days later (not cool). I wanted to exchange up and was sent a return label without issue. Then I waited a few weeks for the item to be in stock (this is where the communications started to falter) after receiving product with late or little responses (no idea that it was shipped overnight which was awesome), I never received certificate of authenticity or receipt with the gram weight specifics in the package like I did with the original purchase. Over 3 months of emails sent on my end requesting the information. Last email from them was 1 month later telling me to "rest assured" it would be emailed and/or sent out. I finally gave up with emails or any expectation of receiving anything. After reading all the great reviews which is why I ordered from them, I had to share my not so spectacular experience. I guess this is why the YouTube videos comments are turned off. Update: I’d like to start off by saying thank you for your personal response. I didn’t want an apology, I just wanted the receipt and COA. I finally received the COA a few days after this review was posted, still no receipt with the gram weight. I didn’t want anything else. Thank you for the gift, it was a very nice gesture. Your products are amazing and there is no dispute there.

Could have been better on communicating and timing to deliver items ordered, from time of order to item in hand it took over 1 month.
