RECEIVED ITEMS IN THE AMOUNT OF TIME PROMISED AND PACKED SO THERE WOULD BE NO DAMAGE. GAVE AS A GIFT AND THE PERSON WAS SO EXCITED ABOUT THE LOOK. HE LOVED EVERYTHING.

This chain is insane. The quality and craftsmanship is by far top of the line. It blew me away. I’m still in shock over how much the diamond cut shines. The snake and lion clasp is amazing. All the little details are so nice. The weight is unreal as well. Thank you so much. Over satisfied customer. You will have my business again.

Customer service was fast to respond and necklace is high quality…

Jewelers was well made and top quality.

The customer service initially when you are buying it is excellent. The jewelry itself is fantastic. If you need to initiate a refund is easy as well. I am giving it a 4 starts as if you have to return or refund a product, I wish there was more updates or communication as a client is waiting to see if product was returned successfully or a refund process has been initiated. Communication is key! Still think Proclamation is awesome tho.
