I love the product but not so happy with your customer service.

I have nothing but the highest praise for everyone over at Proclamation Jewelry! I’ve ordered several chains from them, and all of them are amazing. The Lion & Snake signature clasp is a true work of art and takes some of their pieces to the next level. I recently ordered the large St. Christopher pendant and it’s a solid chunk of 14kt craftsmanship! It’s unique & awesome. I highly recommend dealing with them. Barbie & Nick were great throughout the ordering & shipping process. They were both professional and a pleasure to work with. Great product, large Saint Christopher medallion, fast delivery, prompt follow up to my question prior to purchase. Already looking at another medallion from them.

I was disappointed that the web site was not clearer as to the medallion I purchased did not include the chain. From what I have seen I am not the only purchaser with this opinion.

Great product, arrived quickly and is a quality product. Maybe could use a little more communication around exactly what stage the product is in as I wasn't sure exactly when to expect the item, but very pleased that it came quickly and looks amazing!
