Mandy and her team were very knowledgeable and quick to respond. The whole experience was made easier and much less overwhelming by their ability to communicate with step by step instructions. We appreciated their efforts to provide this much needed support.

Mandy is working with my parents right now. Maybe everyone in the company is great. I dunno. But I recommend you request Mandy. We’re working on a trust but we were clueless. Mandy has answered all of our dumb questions with a great sense of humor. (And she’s great with my crusty ol’ dad.)
