Being a pro that has been servicing customers for over 20 years, we do a lot of commercial work, we figured we give FrontDoor 'Pro' a shot to provide leads. We were told they take 20% of the job. ($200 job they take $40). Thought was high only to find out they charge an additional $10 processing. Down to $150 now. Turns our they only pay $110! I called multiple times and sent emails hoping to get someone professional that knew what they were talking about to NO avail!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL because they have ZERO professionals. THIS IS A SCAM to take advantage of VENDORS! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY especially if you are a PRO that knows what you're doing! ALSO: The app is pathetic! Doesn't work MOST of the time so you have to get 'support' on the phone for the customer to receive the estimate, approve the estimate, complete the job, send the invoice, ok the invoice, send payment notification and make payment. IT"S UNREAL!!! Very poorly designed!

No Problem Heating and Cooling diagnosed the problem with our A/C system but the solution they offered was to purchase a new system - when our current system is only 2 years old. On the other hand, Budget Heating and Cooling not only diagnosed the problem but solved our issues with their corrective actions - which definitely didn't involve a new system.

I hate giving reviews. It seems silly to have to make comments on a simple thing. The experience was fine. They showed up on time. They did their job. It was an A/C tune up, so really, there wasn't a whole lot going on.

The company sent a great A/C tech that was very professional and knowledgeable.

Technician Quan was courteous, knowledgeable, on time and explained everything that was done in the assessment of our A/C units.
