I've literally canceled this year over year now and they continue to charge me. Thankfully, last year, I canceled by email and have the documentation. This company will never get my business again and I'm excited to unsubscribe from their emails.

Easy to understand for novices.

I had some troubles, found a real person to communicate with, who listened, understood and went the extra mile to help. So rare in these days of chatbots & AI responses. While most companies have made it impossible to find someone to help you, these guys are there and care.

Neal Hamilton does a fantastic job with explaining technical analysis in such a clear and concise way. He is awesome at what he does!
