Benzinga ProReviews of pro.benzinga.com

High Beta Squawk was the one feature that made Benzinga worth it. They removed the person who provided this squawk at the start of the month (Oct 2026). Now both squawks only provide late and useless news. Save your money or use it on another news service because Benzinga will take your money and provide no value in return.

After many attempts they will not cancel my subscription. I have been sending messages for over a week with no response. Do not give these thieves your credit card number.

Sometimes you just want to vent and let your negativity flow. What an absolute dumpster fire. I got fooled by chat gpt unfortunately who pushed benzinga pro as the answer to all my swing trading queries, just to be left, after forking up an almost 2000$ bill, with a completely useless tool. Some features don’t even work, I’ve turned their radio newsfeeds on but not a peep ever came out of it? Their « chat » which you’d think would be similar to an insider trading group on discord full of useful tips and a supportive community is just the same 5 losers saying hi to each other from their mum’s basements. Obscure interface with absolutely zero help given to help you set it up, zero customer help or service. But understand that this trash app cost more than some gym memberships, you’d expect some staff to be there and able to help you right? Tried joining the lives on their YouTube channel hoping to learn something about their actual set ups but it’s even more abysmal. Please don’t get fooled like me and stay the f away from this garbage product. If I had checked the rating on trust pilot I would never have bought this junk.

Honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I signed up for a free trial, genuinely forgot to cancel, and was only ONE DAY late. They then charged me around £150. I contacted them straight away, explained clearly that it was a genuine mistake and asked them to please make a one time exception. They refused. What bothers me most is not even just the money, it’s the complete lack of heart and understanding. I was one day late, not weeks or months. I contacted them immediately. I wasn’t trying to take advantage of anything. You would think a company this size could show a tiny bit of compassion when somebody has clearly made an honest mistake. Instead it felt like the policy mattered more than treating a customer like an actual human being. For me this says a lot about how they treat customers when something goes wrong. Very disappointing!!!!! and I definitely won’t be using Benzinga again.

They provide nothing but fud articles, when you see benzinga, it’s always negative news by there wallstreet bucketshops to push prices down for shorts, they need to be investigated and shut down, possible criminal charges should be implemented immediately, don’t trust benzinga at all , I hope this bs research company gets shut down

This service can be informative at times but they also influence stocks with a bias. Is it for stock manipulation? Are they taking money from others who use them to make stocks moves to their favor? If it was unbiased stock news I would not have a problem with them.

I had a subscription for years which included a discount that was meant to be applied (I have the email from Benzinga to confirm this). The last 2 years Benzinga overcharged me by double what they were meant to but they did to their credit refund me the incorrectly charged amount. This year they tried to deduct nearly $2,000 even though I confirmed with them 3 times via email and their chat function in the weeks prior to my renewal that the fee would be $702 (I have confirmation from Benzinga of the renewal fee being $702). I sent them emails as well as messages via the chat function with no reply after they tried to deduct the nearly $2,000 which resulted in my bank placing a block on my account. They clearly don't honour previous agreements and try to deduct incorrect amounts and are not a company to be trusted. Edit: I see that Benzinga has replied to my review saying that they reached out and assisted the same day. I would like to see the proof because my emails and the chat messages I sent through were not responded to until the 17th July. I have copies of all correspondence that I've made to Benzinga and I encourage others to keep their correspondences with Benzinga also.
