So the site was recommended to me and initially I was very very happy! I can definitely say that it is not in the very least rigged and I found the spins to be very fair! Great welcome offers as well! Now, I’m hoping it’s not too good to be true! I submitted my redeem and received no confirmation email or any indication that I have requested one. I checked the status 24 hours later and it is still pending. There is a note on the screen that says if you’re redeem is still pending, email customer service of proof of payment. I did that two days ago. I have not received any response back whatsoever. The live chat is not available for help and I’m just trying to get help with this! I really want to love this casino because initially I really did have a pleasant experience! I will update rating accordingly whenever my payment is received and whenever I get a reply from customer service.

Good casino, redemption took about 4 days which is right in between the 3-5 days it advertised!

I don’t like the redemption timeframe nor the customer service. My redemption ended up being 4 days and then got returned because I had to get a new debit card. I have reached out to support twice. Once after submitting first redemption, and then again after it got returned with no response at all. They are very inconsiderate at how they treat their customers. I don’t think I will be playing here anymore due to this. If I get a response via email, I’ll update this review. Until then, they get 1 star from me. Update: They expedited my redemption!!! I appreciate that PrizeRiot and for that I have updated my review to 5 stars!! I recommend this casino!!!

I have liked this casino ever since I laid eyes on it, I bought packages, and I’m waiting for a redeem! So I have no review on redeem process but everything else is perfect! Thanks for being awesome.
