The personal and professional attention we received from Mr. Aiden Pierce was nothing less than outstanding. He exceeded our expectations at every level; immediate response to every question, product knowledge, friendliness...and no pressure at all. We always felt he had our best interests at heart. We look forward to working with him again and to recommending him at every opportunity.

Privy Trips agent, Ralph Hamilton, was very diligent in finding the right flights for my needs. He was friendly, serious about my requests, and followed through until everything was as I wanted. I definitely would recommend Privy Trips to my friends/family and would use them again for myself in the future.

Sam made himself available without being pushy. He listened to what we wanted and gave us a trip better than we could have done on our own. We look forward to the option to break-up payments into 2-3 installments.

I am delighted to know learn about PrivyTrips and hope to travel with the company in the future. Your agent, Stacy Morgan, was exceptional and very helpful. She was knowledgeable and prompt about answering question. Though she had an office in Italy, she was readily available for those of us traveling from the United States. If there is one suggestion I would make it would be to make the travel insurance more flexible by not tying it cost to the ticket. Thanks, Jane Torrens

Great experience with Meera! She was exceptional in guiding me through the whole process of very complicated deal with purchase tickets with different miles as a payment!

Steven Hart work diligently to get my group the best deal given the parameters we needed to work in. Steven went out of his way to speak to us on his day off. He checked prices multiple times conveying that info and if it didn’t work for us, he went right back to the drawing board. Stephen was very professional, knowledgeable and very patient. He is a great asset to your company.

I had the privilege of working with Steven from PrivyTrips and he was amazing. Always on call. I spoke to him in the evenings and he even contacted me on his day off when he was informed of a credit card concern regarding my trip which was promptly rectified. He got my traveling group very reasonable airline prices and addressed all our questions professionally and with lots of patience. We are all very pleased.
