We were very pleased with Marvin McAllister as our interface for scheduling our trip. He was very professional, knew his stuff, and was able to get us a great price for our trip. His responsiveness to questions and availability to answer questions was outstanding. We definitely appreciated what we would call the concierge nature of his service. Looking forward to our trip!

Patient and professional
I worked with Alexis to secure flights when the people we were visiting in Germany kept moving the dates of our meetings. She was extremely patient and professional in securing the best deal, route and timings for us once things become firmed up. I look forward to working with her again.
