Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re so glad to hear that you’ve seen such a big improvement with fewer hacking attempts on your email. That’s exactly the kind of real-world protection we hope to deliver, and it’s great to know the results are showing. It’s also completely normal to still find some of your information online while the cleanup continues. PrivacyHawk removes your data from data brokers and other sources that legally share or sell personal information, but it can take time for those changes to be fully reflected in search engines like Google. The progress you’re noticing shows the process is moving in the right direction. We really appreciate you taking the time to share your story and for trusting us to help protect your digital identity. If you ever have questions or want to check on your removals, please contact [email protected] or reach us on Discord at https://discord.gg/ryGJ59aMZq.

Hi Milton, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience has been frustrating and that it’s been difficult to get things sorted out. We completely understand how confusing it can be when something doesn’t seem to work as expected right after subscribing. After reviewing your case, it looks like the issue came from having two different PrivacyHawk accounts, one with an active subscription and another newly created one that was still on the free plan. This caused the system to prompt an upgrade again, even though your original account was already upgraded. Our team explained this in our recent messages, but we haven’t heard back yet. Please reach out to [email protected] or message us on Discord at https://discord.gg/ryGJ59aMZq so we can help you log into your correct account and make sure everything is running smoothly. We’d love to get this resolved for you right away. 11/04/25 Update: We also want to note that we’ve replied to your most recent message today through Intercom and are still waiting for a response to our previous replies, where we had already explained the situation and provided a solution. It seems our earlier messages may not have been seen, but we’re actively monitoring your case and ready to help as soon as we hear back from you

Thank you for your honest feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience so far hasn’t met your expectations, and we completely understand how disappointing that can feel when you’re hoping to see clear results. PrivacyHawk works by removing your personal data from data brokers, marketing lists, and other legitimate sources that share or sell information. The time it takes to see results can vary depending on how much of your data is publicly available and how quickly those companies process removal requests. Our goal is always to make a meaningful difference over time by reducing your overall digital exposure. We’d really like to take a closer look at your account to make sure everything is running as it should and help identify any additional steps that might improve your experience. Please reach out to [email protected] or join us on Discord at https://discord.gg/ryGJ59aMZq so we can review your case directly.
