The test results came back quickly and I was able to walk in and have my blood and urine samples taken without appointment. What they don't make clear is that if you suspect or are worried of a very recent infection these tests will not catch new viruses in your body. Different markers in your blood show an older viral infection and that's what they test for. Not new ones. In my research something called IGG vs IGM markers. My wife and I both tested negative for HSV1 only to have lab cultures comeback as positive and that's when our doctor informed us.

The location was a little confusing to find given that it's inside a grocery store. There was no sense of privacy once I did find the testing place given that I could hear quite a bit of what was going on between the phlebotomist and patient in one of the rooms. Then there is the problem with the phlebotomist not even closing the door when my sample was being collected. I would definitely not recommend this particular testing location.

No issues at all. Everyone I spoke with were very professional, talked in a non-judgmental way, and never went so far as asking any reason for being tested, etc. Of course a lot of that has to do with HIPAAA laws, but some companies could do better. Results came back quickly, as stated on their website. I'd use them again.

**UPDATE: the company responded to my review and offered a full refund to help rectify the situation below. As a customer, I am happy with this remedy. The email provided said I can just show my email when I got then. When I got to the test site they said that wouldn't work after I asked them beforehand if it would. I wasted time sitting in a massive line to not get tested. I also wasted over a hundred bucks since I never got tested there. Horrible experience and I will never use you guys again
