All orders are authorized by our physicians network which enables us to use over 2000 labs nationwide, as listed when selecting a location on our website after entering your zip code. All labs require a physician authorized order to be eligible for testing, meaning the labs would turn you away if you just walked in and requested a test. We are a telehealth service that enables direct to consumer lab testing quickly and privately, and without the lab billing you or your insurance directly. We're sorry to hear your experience was not up to our expectations, We do not use an app for our service, as instructions for testing and appointments are internally provided via confirmation email. If your experience at the collection site was different than our outlined process from your order email, we will be filing a formal complaint with the PSC director at the location you went to. It is very rare we receive 1-star feedback, but when we do, we wish to take all necessary steps to fully understand what happened to ensure future patients do not experience the same issue going forward.
