We aim to provide results as timely as possible, which is why results are released over the weekends, as well as week days. In almost all cases results are available in 1-3 days, however sometimes additional confirmatory testing is required to ensure we are providing accurate results, which is what happened in this case. We're sorry to hear your experience was not up to our standards. According to our records, it looks like you went in for collection on 4/30 and results started to come in on 5/1 which was made available to the patient portal in your order confirmation email. Confirmatory testing was needed and the final results posted on 5/10, at which point a result notification and request to review our service was issued at the same time via email.
