Hello. In rare cases, results can take longer than the 24-72 hour window period provided by Quest. Ultimately we are at their mercy when it comes to fulfillment. Any time there is a concern about result times, we ask that patients contact us so we can follow up with Quest directly and inquire about their status. We have reached out to patient services and are asking for a resolution on your lab order and will relay any update to you as soon as we receive it. Please feel free to reach out to us if you have any other questions and we will be happy to assist. You will receive a credit for your lab order within a few days.
