Quick and easy

I had to tell them twice that I registered over the internet. Kind of made a big deal of it. And then, "ok, we found it, you can come on back." The bathroom sink was broken and couldn't be used. The toilet was broken and must have just been fixed as there was tape still attached that had kept it from flushing. I did have a question after I left and called the number provided. The gentleman that answered was very nice.

Jon D has been assisting me through the entire process and he has been soooo amazing! thank you Jon for going above and beyond!! You customer service is exceptional. Also I wish everytime I call it’s Jon D hahaha disappointed everytime I can and I don’t hear “This is Jon” lol.

I ordered on a Friday afternoon, went in right after to the collection site! I checked in at their kiosk and was seen literally a minute after! Everything was fast and clean! Now, it’s Saturday and I received all my results. It’s only been 24 hrs! What a relief! I will be using this again if I ever need to! Thank you!!!!
