had to make 2 trips to the lab so far
had to make 2 trips to the lab so far. the ladies there were having trouble finding my veins. They said wait for the bruises to go away and we try again next week.i am ok with this i guess, they are nice people there. Hope we can get my blood 3rd visit.

Difficult to use, wrong information
The site said not to make an appointment with Quest Labs and not to download their app. So I went in without an appointment and was informed to come in at a quieter time. The phlebotomist was kind enough to take me in later and he was great.

Thank you for reaching out. The information we receive comes directly from Quest's website, therefore if they update their walk in policy due to the pandemic, we have no way of knowing. We include this in the order confirmation emails next to the live wait time link, as we are a separate company. Nearly all labs do not require an appointment, and we are actively removing the locations that do from our lab finder.
