Impossible to cancel subscription!
PriorityMeds is an absolute rip off, and I strongly recommend you avoid at all costs. For starters, I selected the "month to month" plan. Which any company offering that kind of a plan, would mean you pay for month of meds at a time. What they don't make clear, is that you automatically lock in for 3 months with this. They send you 3 months up front, and force bill you each month without it being clear. Then after you having completed your mandatory three months and decide you want to cancel the service, they take away ALL options to cancel it on your own. I have tried calling customer service MULTIPLE times now to tell them I want my service canceled. I only got through once, and then was told they couldn't cancel it and I would have to wait for a call back from their billing team. Billing team called me 2 days later and I missed the call. Left a message saying to call back. I've done that, and now the original number I used to contact PriorityMeds has been disconnected. I have written them multiple times as well to get my membership canceled and they never respond there either. I am planning to dispute any and ALL further charges to my credit card going forward and will take all legal action necessary to get this membership canceled.

Hi MJ, We’re sorry to hear about your experience and we appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention. After reviewing your account, we would like to clarify that the Month-to-Month Plan includes a 3-month commitment, which is displayed during checkout. As part of this plan, we ship 3 months of medication upfront, and the monthly payments are billed accordingly with no added fees or interest. Regarding cancellation, our records show that our Billing Team attempted to contact you, but the call was missed. We also responded to your written requests, and we can confirm that your cancellation has now been successfully processed and your membership is closed. We understand that this situation was frustrating, and we sincerely apologize for any confusion or difficulty you experienced. Your feedback is genuinely valuable to us, and we are actively working to improve communication and support accessibility for all customers. — Priority Meds Support Team
