Working with telehealth providers requires open and honest communication, but we understand that not every customer chooses to stay actively engaged throughout the process. In this case, a chargeback was filed one day after the transaction, which prevented us from helping her with the intake process or issuing a refund directly. We did not contest the chargeback, and any delay was the result of the standard resolution process handled by the customer’s credit card company. We would have preferred to resolve the issue and refund the customer immediately, but that requires direct communication.
