Update: someone reached out to me 5 months after I submitted for help online. Now they are telling me to go to tirzepatide instead of semaglutide to get more money. No. I just want my refund. I'm not sure how many times I can keep saying that. This person has led from the beginning of the chat. Do not use this company. The "provider" tells you to reach out to support and the support chat is AI that tells you someone will reach out. They do not reach out. They've sent the wrong amount of medication and it made me very sluggish. They also cancelled my account and haven't refunded me and now won't call me back.

I had very little physician support and my last email went unanswered. I am now trying to reach my doctor but the button stating "chat with you care team" does not work. Also when I try to call, I get a message that this number is no longer valid. The AI chat keeps telling me to log onto my portal to reach my doctor, and I am logged into my portal. So at this time I am not able to reach anyone. You have now asked me for proof. How convenient that I can no longer access the chat with your doctor function which is where all of the prior communication took place. There are several other similar reviews that substantiate that I am not the only one to have this issue with your company! Also all anyone has to do is call your customer support number to see that it is no longer in service.

I had an issue with billing and entered a ticket and called and spoke with someone who told me I would have to wait 24-48 hours. That time frame was not conducive to my schedule. Within an hour I received a call from Melvin who was already taking care of my issue as soon as we began talking! Fast and easy fix to my issue! Thank you Melvin!

I signed up, didn’t finish medical paperwork and they already charged my card. After 3 phone calls and numerous calls and texts and emails I finally got the cancellation notice. Minus $100.00 cancellation fee that no one mentioned. I don’t have any more details. Thanks

Once I got through to Sam Smith, it was great and he immediately addressed my concerns. However, it took forever to get through to him. My chats were repeatedly rerouted to AI rather than to the medical team and I just kept getting the same circular responses from the robot. It was highly frustrating, to the point I am considering going to a provider other than Priority Meds after my next shipment.
