After waiting a month for delivery to the UK, I was incredibly excited to receive this album and show it to my wife. The cover looks fantastic, and I’m very happy with that aspect of the product. Unfortunately, the vinyl itself was extremely disappointing. Having spent more than £100, I expected to receive a proper vinyl record like the one shown on the product page. Instead, the disc is unusually thick—so much so that I initially thought it was protective packaging for transit. I could perhaps have overlooked this if the sound quality had been good, but sadly it is terrible. I went from being genuinely excited about this purchase to feeling very disappointed. Given the price, the long wait, and the difference between what was advertised and what I received, I would appreciate an explanation at the very least. I bought this due to the good reviews on Trust Pilot but it goes to show it's not always as it appears

It's a cool idea but the execution was far from optimal. First, it took a month to get it. I received probably 10 emails offering to speed up the process for a fee. I didn't pay to expedite the order because I ordered it in plenty of time to receive it by Christmas (a month). But this company was apparently shocked that more orders came in at Christmas time so their production schedule went way long. They did manage to get it done before Christmas; the 20th in fact. But they decided to ship it Media Mail to save themselves a few dollars. So, of course, it arrived several days after Christmas. The second problem is with the product itself. The sound is so quiet that I have to crank the stereo volume to the max and can still only hear it at low volume. I was offered better sound quality for a fee. I declined because I'm not an audiophile and felt like that would be wasted on me. I do not know if paying extra will result in getting sound worth listening to and in a reasonable amount of time. But I do know that if you don't pay extra, you get crap sound weeks later than promised. I also know that I contacted the company a week before Christmas to inquire why it was taking so long and was told that they had an unexpected increase in sales and production was behind. So they knew they were going to be late for Christmas and still chose to save a few dollars by using the slowest possible shipping method. That is a company that does not care about its customers. Apparently all their effort goes into optimizing their marketing for revenue generation and very little into the product itself.

Took over a month and that was with paying for priority processing and express shipping. Updates were vague and of no help. When it finally arrived 3 days after Christmas I noticed it was shipped UPS ground! That is not express shipping. Had it truly been shipped express like I paid for it probably would have arrived on time. Also took over a month, is that priority processing because they quote that time for regular orders. This company lacks integrity. They promise faster processing and shipping then don't deliver but take your money for it. They state 100% satisfaction guaranteed. Not satisfied.
