Wonderful and fast responses and feedback, fast delivery, perfect vinyl

The quality of the vinyl cover is phenomenal and the customer service was excellent. At first, I thought the vinyl they had produced was not good as there was a lot of static. The customer service team worked really well with me. In the end, it turned out that I needed a new needle on my record player. My issue had nothing to do with the product produced.

This was the perfect gift. I loved it as well as the one that it was gifted to (which is what really counts)! All being said, this was an easy experience from start to end. The entire process was simple and exceeded all expectations! The vinyl came in the time frame I was told, actually early! The turn around time was very quick. The quality was great! The entire experience, including ordering, all the customization available, the quick turnaround time, the packaging, the look and feel, the sound, the quality all exceeded expectations!
