Primotronix came through with the exact Nikon lens I was looking for at the best price I could find. They called to verify the order and provided me with additional products which were on a previous sale to complete items I would have otherwise looked for elsewhere. Staff were informative, pleasant and expedited the order promptly. I will look to them for future purchases and recommend them to others. s.t.crook

I ordered a camera body with ease via the internet. The process was easy and the delivery was on time with the product I ordered. I would buy from them again in the future.

I was a little worried after reading scathing online reviews. After waiting the 72 hours I called and got Charles on the phone after a short hold. He was very friendly. He assured me that my camera was in stock, intended for american purchase, and would be shipped. By the end of the day the order had moved into a ready to ship status. I'll be happy to update this review once I receive the product!

I was confused as to the status of my order...so I called Primotronix. Charles answered the call and politely explained Primotronix was backlogged, but they will do whatever it takes to keep their customers happy. That's all I needed to hear from Charles...sometimes a customer just wants to hear they are cared about! Thanks Primotronix & Charles!!!

Called in to check on my tracking number and Charles was more than helpful and even assisted me with an upgrade. Extremely courteous and professional on the phone. The best customer service experience I've ever had with a camera or electronics store. I will definitely be doing business with Primo Tronix in the future and will also be recommending them to friends and family. Looking forward to UPS knocking on my door with my new Canon T4i body (US Model). Truly appreciated Charles! Keep up the excellent work!

Charles was my customer service representative. He said that he would rush out my camcorder via UPS because of the delay in processing. Charles was very nice, and went above and beyond to help me out. I would definitely buy from Primotronix again.

Was brousing for a new SLR camera and and found several name brand cameras at smokin bottom prices, after an easy login and purchase they called me to make sure my camera would be delivered before Christmas!
