I ordered a Canon Video camera, extra battery and charger, extra 32GB chip and remote audio mikes... They called made several suggestions and in fact saved me some money and sold me things that would work rather than the ones I ordered which would not work with my camera. The only issue is that I can acquire the remote mike system cheaper from other sources, but all of the rest of their prices are super... All in all I would rather deal with them rather then send the audio stuff back, get a refund and reorder somewhere else. After all what you might lose on the peaches you should be able to make up on the pears !! One more thing. I definitely recommend Primotronix. They have some of the best prices in the business and amazing and professional customer service that seems to actually have knowledge and understanding about their products. They also shipped my order extremely fast and well packaged. I received my order just days after placing it.

I was satisfies with the product. But one thing i felt tat needs to be improved is the response time. I received my order after 17 days.

I was suprised to find such a great deal on the camera I wanted. The stores wanted over a $100 or more for the same one. The turn around shipping was fast. I will for sure use them again!

Customer service was great I even got a call to verify my order before it was processed. In less than a week I received my order as it was described on the website. I will order again.

I ordered from Primotronix because they were the cheapest for a camera body with lens kit; same price that others charge for just the body (and no shipping & sales tax!), including a 6 yr warranty, extended life batteries, error-free memory card, tripod, etc. I then got an email to call them to review my order. They then helped me make sure I had exactly the kit I wanted for my needs. Very helpful staff, great customer service. They are based in Stamford, CT which makes me sleep easier knowing it's a US company... My camera arrived on the exact day he said it would arrive. I would definitely order from them again.

After recently purchasing my Nikon camera, I realized I needed a telephoto lens. Went on-line, found one offered by Primotronix, ordered it and it was delivered in an efficient and timely manner. No problems with this company!
